Offering Masses is a long-standing tradition in the Catholic Church. An individual may ask a priest to offer a Mass for several reasons: for example, in thanksgiving, for the intentions of another person (such as on a birthday or an anniversary), for someone who is sick, or for the repose of the soul of someone who has died.
A $10 donation is suggested for requesting a Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel. You can make your donation online by clicking on the button below the form. Or, you may make out a check to “OLMC – Mass Intentions” and send or bring it to the Church Office at your convenience.
Up to three Masses may be requested for this particular intention. We cannot guarantee any specific dates or times for the Masses. A Mass card with dates and times will be sent to the Requester’s address when the Mass or Masses are scheduled.
When completed, the following form will be submitted electronically to the Church Office. If you prefer, you may print out the form, complete it, and submit it and your donation to the Church Office by mail or via the collection plate at Mass.
