First, please download and review our guidelines for infant baptism: Baptism Guidelines.pdf . This document describes the registration requirements and top-level details of the ceremony. It also answers some frequently asked questions regarding Baptism in the Catholic faith.
If you would like to register your child for Baptism, please download and complete the registration form: Baptism Registration Form.pdf. The form can be scanned / photographed and emailed, or it can be dropped off or sent to the Parish office.
